They want an apartment, 2 bedrooms, sun, a terrace, a fairly recent building if possible and in a geographical area between Antibes where they have friends, or Nice where they have family.
We select 11 apartments, 1 in Antibes and 10 in Nice. Mainly in western Nice and the imperial park.
Customers are delighted to be accompanied by our agency and we are just as happy to try to satisfy them and advise them to try to make a choice.
At the end of the 11 visits, 2 apartments stand out clearly. They are less than 500 meters from each other, but one is on the top floor, in a more recent building with a more accessible swimming pool and a rare exposure in Nice finally, due SOUTH.
