STORY of the Sale : The story of a “revenge”.

The other client of the other agency goes up “at the price” and wins the sale.
Congratulations to him and his agent.
But a slightly bitter taste remains from this sale.
The “game” is accepted, once it’s an agency that sells, another time, but we had such a partnership and feeling with the sellers that even they were almost embarrassed not to have sold with us.
A month later, a client contacted us and was looking for exactly this type of property, but larger.
That’s good, I know that another apartment in the same residence at 186 corniche fleurie, is also for sale via an MLS agency with which we gladly cooperate.
